Reliance works with Shaver Legal

We are ready to fight for you!

Most other companies have no legal authority when it comes to claims. If the insurance company is not properly taking care of your claim, other public adjusting firms are almost powerless when it comes to holding them legally accountable. At this point, you may be forced to hire an attorney, who usually charges 25-40% of the claim on top of the public adjuster fee. Getting an attorney involved is also an extra layer on top of everything, further complicating the claims process.

Some larger companies may claim to have an attorney on staff, which sounds great, however these attorneys cannot really fight the insurance company. Because they are employed by public adjusters, they are authorized to write letters to the insurance company, but they can't legally represent you in a court of law. Most importantly, they can't file a lawsuit. This means that if the insurance company does not cooperate, these companies still have very little power to fight for you.

Reliance, on the other hand, is partnered with Shaver Legal. This partnership allows us to go beyond simply writing letters. If a claim demands it, we can take necessary legal action to help you receive the maximum possible settlement. While most claims do not require us to file a lawsuit, knowing that we have this power often makes insurance adjusters more cooperative and helps us settle claims quicker. The best part is that when you hire Reliance, you are getting a public adjuster and an attorney for one low fee of 10-20% of your claim. By choosing Reliance, you are saving yourself money while having the piece of mind in knowing that we will settle your claim in whatever way is needed.
